Neat dress essential. The company must ensure its employees portray a clean, smart and professional appearance while conducting promotions.

Tenants can cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund.

Public liability insurance of €6.5 million and €13 million employers liability where applicable. All companies must ensure their employees, agents and sub-contractors comply with all relevant health & safety legislation when on the centre premises. All visitors must sign the visitors log book daily on entry and exit of the store. Promotional stands and equipment must be carefully positioned to ensure it does not block or impede access or egress from the building. Fire exits and firefighting equipment must be kept clear and available at all times.
All bookings require 1. A Method Statement which should be site specific to Dundrum. It should give a detailed account of how you are going to manage the install and de-rig of the activation 2. A Risk Assessment which should address all potential risks (both to the public and to your team / installers) 3. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum €13million - Dundrum Town Centre Management Limited and Dundrum Retail LP Limited to be indemnified) 4. Document confirming the stand is fire rated (if a stand is being used) 5. Image of the activation
